Welcome to members of the press!
The online press registration for EHA2024 will be open until June 16, 2024.
For your registration the following is required:
- A copy of your press credentials
- A letter of assignment from the media organization being represented
- Two by-lined medical/health/science articles published within the last 6 months
- Coverage from the previous year’s meeting (if applicable) attached, and
- A signed and scanned copy of the EHA Media Embargo policy form.
NEW: EHA offers two types of press registration:
Full hybrid Congress registration.
The full Congress registration for Press is provided in limited numbers (max. four) per news organization.
It includes:
- Full access to the EHA2024 Congress program in person from June 13-16, 2024, in Madrid or virtually on the Congress platform
- The embargoed press kit
- The online abstracts
- Access to the live Press Briefing and the recording of the Press Briefing in the Congress platform.
Virtual Congress registration.
An unlimited number of representatives of news organizations eligible for press registration can register for the virtual congress.
It includes:
- Full access to the EHA2024 Congress program virtually on the Congress platform
- The embargoed press kit
- The online abstracts
- Recording of the Press Briefing, made available on the congress platform.
To complete your online registration the following is required:
- A copy of your press credentials
- A letter of assignment from the media organization being represented
- Two by-lined medical/health/science articles published within the last 6 months
- Coverage from the previous year’s meeting (if applicable) attached, and
- A signed and scanned copy of the EHA Media Embargo policy form.
Allow at least 5 working days until you receive your official registration confirmation, as the documents and credentials you have provided must be checked.
