Online registration for the 22nd Congress is open and will remain open until the last day of the congress - Sunday, June 25. Onsite registration is also possible within the below mentioned opening hours at the Registration Area.

Delegates that are not included in a group with a scheduled pick-up appointment:
Shortly before the congress, each person will individually receive by email a registration confirmation (PDF including a barcode). With this barcode confirmation, delegates can themselves collect their badge and congress materials during the registration opening hour’s onsite at the congress venue.
Delegates part of a group with a scheduled pick-up appointment:
No barcode confirmations will be sent to these group members. The group leader will collect onsite all the pre-printed badges and is responsible to assure each group member receives their personal badge. As a group member, if you are uncertain if your group leader has scheduled a group pick-up, please contact the congress secretariat by email: firstname.lastname@example.org
Badges already collected by a group leader can only be re-printed for an individual at the Registration Services desk after payment of an administrative fee of € 30.
Please find below all information regarding the upcoming registration, fees and policies. All deadlines are according to Central European Summer Time.
The Education Book will only be made available via the EHA Learning Center and will not be printed. Hard copies of the Abstract book can be purchased during the online registration process. Additionally, abstracts will be made available on the website and in the mobile app.
It is no longer possible to register as a group. We invite you to register your group of delegates via the individual registration website.

Invitation letter for visa application
All delegates requiring a letter of invitation for visa application purposes may request this letter during the online registration. We will not be able to issue any letter of invitation without receiving the registration and the payment of the required registration fees. Please note that the organizers will not be able to contact or intervene with any Embassy or Consulate office on behalf of a delegate.
Should your visa application be declined, you can send a request for a full refund of the registration fees to congress secretariat by e-mail (EHAregistration@mci-group.com) before May 17. A scanned copy of the visa decline letter should be attached to your request. For requests received after May 17, the cancellation policy for general congress registrations will apply.
Payment of registration fees
Payment by credit card
The online registration platform is a secured site. VISA, Eurocard/MasterCard and American Express are the only credit cards accepted. Upon completion of the online registration process, you will receive a paid invoice (receipt) by email.
Payment by bank transfer
Upon completion of the online registration process, you will receive an unpaid invoice for your registration fees by email. This invoice includes all payment instructions as well as your registration number to mention as reference of the payment. Upon receipt of your payment, your registration will be confirmed to you by email. Please be informed that a fee of €5 will apply for paying by bank transfer. Please note that payment by bank transfer and Purchase of order is only accepted until May 17, 2017. After this date, only credit card payments will be accepted.
Name changes will be accepted free of charge until May 17, 2017. After this date a name change fee of € 30 will be imposed. The previously booked registration items will be automatically taken over to the replacing person's registration.
Cancellation of registration
The deadline for cancellation of registration is May 17, 2017. The congress secretariat should be notified in writing. Refund of paid registration fees, minus € 100 administration charges will be made after the congress. Please note that no refunds will be made after May 17, 2017.
