NIHR Clinical Lecturer/Specialist Registrar in Haematology

This is a protected academic training post in world class research environment. Cambridge University is the foremost biomedical research centre in Europe and the Department of Haematology has particular strengths in myeloid malignancies, haematopoietic stem cells, haemastasis/thrombosis and transfusion medicine. Applicants will be able to consolidate their research experience and complete their clinical training in the context of a first class haematology training rotation.
Applicants will be expected to hold an appropriate research qualification (PhD or MD or equivalent).
The person appointed will be of the standing required for an honorary contract of service with the NHS Executive Eastern Region as a Specialist Registrar/ST6-7 in Haematology.
