1. How to renew or attain membership?click to expand

1.1. Log in to EHA website on the top right corner of this page

1.2. Between 'Welcome' and the logout button click 'Edit Profile'

1.3. “MyEHA” opens in a new window

1.4. In the bottom left quadrant, select the open fee for 2015 (2015/01/01)

1.5. On the new page tick the "EHA's Terms & Conditions" box 

1.6. Click the ‘pay’ button to proceed with payment

1.7. Choose your method of payment. We recommend you to pay by credit card (VISA or MasterCard) Would you like to pay with AmEx, please contact Membership tel: +31 (0)70 3020 099

1.8. Follow all required steps to submit your payment and wait for the window to redirect you upon final payment submission

1.9. Once your payment is completed, you will receive via e-mail an official membership payment confirmation letter within 1-3 working days. That applies only to credit card payments. Bank transfers require a longer confirmation waiting time.

Note: Membership requires payment of the fee. Benefits are only awarded after payment has been allocated

2. How to update your contact details, invoice- and additional address?click to expand

  • Log in to EHA website on the top right corner of this page
  • Between 'Welcome' and the logout button click 'Edit Profile'
  • “MyEHA” opens in a new window
  • In the top left quadrant click 'Edit'
  • Make all necessary changes to the fields displayed
  • Click 'Save' on the bottom right corner of the page to save all changes made

3. How to update field(s) of interest, area(s) of expertise and subscriptions?click to expand

  • Log in to EHA website on the top right corner of this page
  • Between 'Welcome' and the logout button click 'Edit Profile'
  • “MyEHA” opens in a new window
  • On the top right corner of the top right quadrant, click 'Edit Preferences'
  • Select or deselect the fields of your choice
  • Click 'Save' on the bottom right corner of the page to save all changes made

4. How to change password?click to expand

  • Log in to EHA website on the top right corner of this page
  • Between 'Welcome' and the logout button click 'Edit Profile'
  • “MyEHA” opens in a new window
  • Mouse over 'Account' in the black navigation panel above the quadrants
  • Click 'Change password' and follow the instructions in that window
  • Click 'Save Changes'
