Membership Application
How to Apply
You can apply for EHA membership by completing the online application form.
After submitting the form to the EHA membership department your application will be reviewed. A confirmation letter will be sent to you, including the invoice for your membership. Your membership will be activated once you have completed the payment.
Fees
Full EHA Membership is € 150 per calendar year (January – December) and renewable on an annual basis. A handling fee of € 5 is added to process your application and payment.
*Junior EHA Membership is € 95 per calendar year and available to hematologists under the age of 36. A handling fee of € 5 is added to process your application and payment.
