Registration
Please find in the right side menu the different options to register for the 17th Congress of EHA, taking place in the Amsterdam RAI from June 14 - 17, 2012.
Members of EHA are eligible to receive a discounted congress registration fee. If you have paid your membership fee 2012, please select the Member registration. If you would like to become a member and get the reduced registration fee, you have to apply for membership and pay your fee before May 29, 2012; select the option Join EHA.
Please note that after May 10, 2012, we only accept credit card payments for .
After May 10, 2012 only credit card payments are accepted.

** Participants born in 1972 or after.
The registration fee includes:
- Admission to:
- Scientific Program
- Commercial Exhibition
- Satellite Symposia
- Abstract & Education Book on CD-ROM (hard copies can be ordered as an option in the online registration form)
- Final Program Book
- Lunch on Friday, June 15 and Saturday, June 16
- Farewell lunch buffet on Sunday, June 17
- Poster cocktails on Friday, June 15 and Saturday, June 16
- Public transport card, this card is valid from your day of arrival until the day of your departure (with a maximum of 4 days depending on the arrival date). This ticket allows you to use all public transport (bus, tram and metro) within Amsterdam.
The accompanying persons fee includes:
- EHA Amsterdam City Tour on Friday, June 15
- Farewell lunch buffet on Sunday, June 17
- Public transport card, this card is valid from your day of arrival until the day of your departure (with a maximum of 4 days depending on the arrival date). This ticket allows you to use all public transport (bus, tram and metro) within Amsterdam.
Cancellation of registration
The deadline for cancellation of registration is May 10, 2012. The congress secretariat should be notified in writing. Refund of registration fees, minus € 100 administration charges will be made after the congress. Please note that no refunds will be made after May 10, 2012.
Group registrations
To register a group (minimum of 10 delegates), you are kindly requested to send an e-mail to: ehagroups@mci-group.com.
Please include the following details:
- company name
- contact person
- invoice address
- number of delegates to be registered
Upon your request, we will send you a login name and password. You will then be able to register your delegates via the link provided.
