EHA Scientific Working Group on Red Cells and Iron
EHA, together with the SWG on Red Cells and Iron are inviting you to the scientific meeting on Anemias. This scientific meeting focuses on new technologies and the impact of new technologies in solving clinical problems in the diagnosis and treatment of Anemias.
The scientific program will cover the following topics:
- Update on erythropoiesis
- Failure of erythropoiesis
- Next generation sequencing
- Proteomics of anemias
- New therapeutic approaches for anemias
- Iron and erythropoiesis
- New therapies for iron overload and deficiency
After this meeting, participants should be able to:
- Diagnose and treat anemias due to bone marrow failure.
- Be aware of the new technique for diagnosis of anemias.
- Know how to recognize and treat iron metabolism detects and related microcytic anemias.
- Be aware of the new treatment for anemias.
