19th Congress
After 12 years EHA’s congress is returning to Italy. Milan is one of Italy's most fashionable cities and holds several historic and artistic attractions, and a congress center with excellent facilities and a great location.
Invited speaker program
The aim of the congress is to present hematology as a comprehensive discipline by way of the various types of sessions and diverse range of topics. The education and scientific program of the congress will highlight established clinical practice, recent advances and views from different stakeholders and international organizations.
Tracks in Hematology
The program committee is developing selected sessions for various target groups, and combining them in tracks. Besides the topical tracks on for example lymphoid malignancies and thrombosis & hemostasis, the committee is also creating an Early Career Track and Advocacy Track with a special focus and interest. Abstract program
Researchers will be invited to submit their abstracts for inclusion into the program as an oral or poster presentation. The submission website will open on January 1, 2014 and close on March 1, 2014.
Travel grants
For a large number of junior abstract authors EHA will provide travel grants consisting of 500 Euro and free congress registration.
Sponsors & Exhibitors
Several opportunities will be available for companies and organizations to support and attend the congress. A large commercial exhibition of pharmaceutical products and technical equipment will be organized as well as several satellite symposia slots, Update-in-Hematology sessions.
