Hotel Accommodation
Delegates are recommended to book their hotel accommodation as early as possible, since there is a high demand of hotel rooms in June in Stockholm. Please note that hotel bookings are processed via the online congress registration system as part of your congress registration.
MCI Amsterdam has been selected as the official housing agent and has reserved a large number of hotel rooms in various hotels in different price categories. The majority of the hotels are located in the city center, and the Stockholmsmässan can be reached by public transportation from all hotels. They will be very pleased to assist you with your accommodation.
Booking accommodation through MCI Amsterdam will be beneficial for delegates as MCI Amsterdam has negotiated attractive cancellation terms and conditions and competitive rates. Stockholm is a beautiful and enjoyable city which attracts many travellers for leisure and business. In order for delegates to be able to book a good-value hotel we have made reservations in many hotels throughout various strategic locations in Stockholm. We will be delighted to assist you with any requests you might have.
Individual reservations can easily be made via this website as of January 1, 2013.

Rates
Rates are guaranteed for 2013 in SEK, per room, per night, and include breakfast and VAT at 12%. Taxes are subject to change. Rates are shown for standard rooms. Other types of rooms (suites etc.) may be available upon request.
Reservation & payment
MCI Amsterdam advises all delegates to book as early as possible, preferably no later than April 17, 2013. For individual hotel bookings (up to 9 rooms), a deposit payment for the first night must accompany your reservation. Your booking will be confirmed upon receipt of your hotel deposit. This prepaid deposit will be deducted from your final hotel invoice when checking out from the hotel. From April 18, 2013, only payments by credit card will be accepted.
Modication & cancellation of hotel bookings
Cancellation and Modifications fees may apply. Please see the terms and conditions on the reservation website. Please do not contact the hotel directly, as they will not accept any changes or cancellations made directly.
Group reservations
Group reservations (from 10 rooms) for sponsors or exhibitors, and other group bookings, will be handled by MCI Amsterdam with separate contracts. Please contact MCI Amsterdam for further information at: EHA2013-hotels@mci-group.com.
