Be(come) an EHA Member first!
EHA Membership has many benefits, especially before registering for the Annual Congress. If you have never been a member of EHA before, join EHA. If you have been, renew your membership for 2013. Every member counts.
The discount for EHA members is € 205 on the early registration fee and for junior members € 110. The EHA membership fee (excluding € 5 administration fee) is € 150 per year and for junior members € 15 per year.
This special congress registration fee is available for new and renewing EHA members who applied for membership and paid the membership before May 28, 2013. After this deadline, the application cannot be processed in time to receive the reduction on the congress registration fee. Note that you have to become a member first before you register for the congress. When registered for the non-member registration fee one cannot apply for the member registration fee at a later stage anymore.
How to register
Online registration for the congress is now open. Pre-registration closes on May 28, 2013, after this date you are kindly requested to register on-site in Stockholm. All delegates must be registered. Registration fees, payable in Euros, should be paid according to the procedure described on the website.
All information regarding the hotels offered by EHA via MCI Amsterdam is available on the hotel accomodation page. However, the booking of hotel accommodation is part of your online congress registration, accesible via the right hand menu.
The delegate registration fee includes:

- Updates in Hematology
- Commercial Exhibition
- Satellite Symposia
- Abstract & Education Book on USB (hard copies can be ordered as an option in the online registration form)
- Final Program Book
- Lunch on Friday, June 14 and Saturday, June 15
- Farewell lunch buffet on Sunday, June 16
- Poster cocktails on Friday, June 14 and Saturday, June 15
- Public transport card, this card is valid on the EHA congress days. This ticket allows you to use all public transport (bus, tram and metro) within Stockholm. It does not allow travel with the Arlanda Express train.
Should you wish to register more than ten persons, send an e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org. Please note that the following details are obligatory to register a delegate via a group: first name, family name, country and individual e-mail address.
Name changes will be accepted free of charge until May 10, 2013. After this date a name change fee of € 30 will be imposed.
Cancellation of registration
The deadline for cancellation of registration is May 10, 2013. The congress secretariat should be notified in writing. Refund of registration fees, minus € 100 administration charges will be made after the congress. Please note that no refunds will be made after May 10, 2013.
Please find below an overview of the registration types and fees available for the congress next year. Registration can only be done online via the registration system, via the registration button in the right hand side menu.
After May 10, 2013 only credit card payments are accepted. Fees include VAT.
