Rotation
Members of the A&PA Committee will stay one term of two years, renewable once. The A&PA Committee members are responsible for assuring both continuity and renewal of its membership.
Frequency of meetings
1-3 Months before the October Board Meeting: live
Purpose: Policy proposals, Annual budget, Report-to-board content
Quarterly and when appropriate: telephone conference
Purpose: Progress, Adjustments
