Submission

To apply for EHA Fellowship Program 2010, including the José Carreras - EHA Young Investigator Fellowship, the following steps need to be completed before February 5, 2010:

Application Process

Required documents for full Fellowship Application

Send copies of the following documents to: fellowships.grants@ehaweb.org

  1. The scientific proposal - maximum of 6 pages (double spaced) - and including:

    1. i. Description of background of proposed project

    2. ii. Specific aims of project

    3. iii. Plan of investigation

    4. iv. Methods to be employed and any pilot data obtained

    5. v. Relevant references

    6. vi. Specification of home Institution, laboratory and supervisor for the development of the project or description of the host Institution and laboratory where the project will be conducted if different from home Institution

    7. vii. Specification of any additional funding obtained or applied for by the Applicant.

  2. Details of the budget, including the consumables/supplies/equipment

  3. A biographical sketch (CV) of the applicant

  4. A letter of agreement, including a description of institutes’ policy regarding institutional overhead costs for externally funded projects, signed by the Chairman of the Department of the institution
