EHA is very happy being able to offer highlights of the 15th Congress of EHA to those who were not able to attend the 15th EHA congress that was organized in June in Barcelona. This is the first time that a summary of the most important education and scientific sessions of the EHA Congress are being made available in the Middle East. In order to make this initiative a success your support will be highly appreciated.
DIFFERENT WAYS TO SUPPORT THIS FIRST HIIGHLIGHTS MEETING OF EHA
As a loyal supporter of EHA and its Congresses, we would like to offer you different sponsor packages and single sponsor options:
- Offering unrestricted educational grants for the EHA Highlights Meeting.
- Offering support for specific EHA Highlights items such as an open exhibit space, advertisements, coffee breaks or lunchboxes.
Please note: Supporting the attendants directly through sponsoring their hotel and travel costs will also be a highly appreciated possibility.
THREE DIFFERENT TYPES OF SPONSOR PACKAGES
We can offer you three different packages to meet all levels of unrestricted educational grants:

1. Premium Level Sponsor: $ 25,000
Before the EHA Highlights Meeting:
- Acknowledgement as a premium level sponsor on all printed and electronic promotional documents
- Acknowledgement as a premium level sponsor on the EHA website and in Haematologica/The Hematology Journal
- Establishment of a hyperlink on the EHA website
On site the EHA Highlights Meeting:
- Prime exhibit space (open space of 6m2)
- A full advertisement page in the Final Program Book
- 2 complimentary full registrations
After the EHA Highlights Meeting
- Acknowledgement of your sponsorship and company logo in the EHA Newsletter and on the EHA website.
2. Major Level Sponsor: $ 15,000
Before the EHA Highlights Meeting:
- Acknowledgement as a major level sponsor on all printed and electronic promotional documents
- Acknowledgement as a major level sponsor on the EHA website
On site EHA Highlights Meeting:
- Prime exhibit space (open space of 6m2)
- A half page advertisement in the Final Program Book
After the EHA Highlights Meeting:
- Acknowledgement of your sponsorship and company logo in the EHA Newsletter and on the EHA website
3. Partner: $ 10,000
- Acknowledgement as a sponsor on all printed and electronic promotional documents
- Exhibit space (open space of 6m2)
SPONSORING OF SPECIFIC ITEMS
You will be acknowledged as a supporter. Your company logo will be included on all promotional documents, on-site on posters and highlights materials, and after the highlights on the EHA website and in the EHA Newsletter. The following sponsor items are available:
4. Exhibit Space Only: $ 2,500
- An open space of 6m2
5. Advertisement space in the Program Book

*Priority points can only be awarded for the priority points ranking 2011 when the sponsor application form is signed and send to EHA Executive Office before August 31, 2010. Points will affect the ranking list for EHA16 (2011 in London). Application forms received after August 31, 2010 will be included in the priority points ranking 2012.
